AimHi is a leadership development company which aims to motivate, encourage and equip pastors and leaders. AimHi, Inc. resources are targeted to pastors, families, companies and individuals who are interested in personal growth, leading others to personal excellence and building effective teams.

AimHi, Inc. was founded by Pastor Johnny H. Moore in 1997 for the purpose of equipping others for the work of ministry resulting in the edifying of the body of Christ. AimHi provides excellent leadership resources that can be used for leadership training, pastoral leadership, spiritual growth, personal growth, staff development, marriage and family enrichment, and team building.

About Johnny and Dianne
Johnny H. Moore is the Senior Pastor at Family Worship Center, a rapid-growing congregation in Cairo, Georgia. He is also known as a motivator, encourager, and equipper of pastors and leaders. He is the founder of AimHi, Inc., a leadership development company and the author of three books, "The Pastor's Corner Collection" (Volumes One and Two), and "Aimin' High".

Johnny is an ordained bishop in the Church of God, Cleveland, Tennessee and received a Master of Arts degree in Ministry Leadership from the Church of God Theological Seminary in Cleveland.

Dianne has been involved in full-time ministry with Pastor Johnny H. Moore for almost 15 years. For five years, they served on the pastoral staff at Living Waters Worship Center in Ocala, Florida as Youth Pastor and Director of Ministries. In July of 1994, sensing God's call to pastoral ministry, they moved to Cairo, Georgia to organize a new church, Family Worship Center, and to assume the role as pastor and pastor's wife where they have now served for ten years.

Dianne is actively involved in all phases of ministry and presently serves as Pastor's wife, Mother, Coordinator of Women's Ministries, Sanctuary Choir Member, and State Women's Ministries Board Member.

Dianne and Johnny have been married for 16 years and she is the proud mother of their three children, Joshua, Jonathan, and Anna Jordan. Her greatest love in life is spending time in God's presence, spending time with her family, and serving the Lord through the ministry of Family Worship Center.
