In 1996, Pastor Johnny H. Moore founded AimHi, a leadership development company with a mission "to provide resources for growing leaders." The primary focus of AimHi has been since its inception, the small town and the rural community. Pastor Johnny, having spent the majority of his ministry in a small town, understands the struggles and difficulties as well as the rewards of pasturing and leading in the small town. While most leadership and church growth resources focus on metropolitan areas, AimHi is committed to developing and providing proven resources for pastors and leaders who are "called to the country." The heart of AimHi is best expressed in Pastor Johnny's own words: "The desire of all of us here at AimHi is to take what God is teaching us and put it into simple resources that can enable other pastors and leaders, like us, to "...press toward the mark of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus."
